Volvo now has what is called Blind Spot Information System. This system uses cameras outside as alert drivers to the cars when are in your blind spot. An amber light is activated in the left front window pillar to let the driver know.
Mercedez-Benz now has what is called Distronic Plus system, which uses both radar systems and short range over a distance of drivers of moving vehicles ahead. It will warn the driver by bells if you are approaching too fast. It will also prepare the car for a collision by tightening the seatbelts and count up the air bags. If the driver no response from the system will begin to slow the car up to 40%. Once the driver for the execution relinquish its power to the driver.
Infiniti has what is called Lane Departure Prevention. This physical feature that prevent the vehicle from drifting if the driver has no intention of doing so. The driver has no control over the actions of others drivers on the road. This issue and uncontrollable factors like weather, always put a driver at risk of automobile accidents. Be as sure as a turn can hit the road. The most valuable available you will be paying attention while driving.
