Pain in my rotator cuff ? Help a baseball player please.?
Well season coming up soon. and i really want to play. however. i can't throw a baseball because my rotator cuff hurts. I'm an outfielder and i like to gun people out at bases. I think last year i threw my arm out and this is why my rotator cuff hurts. The pain seems to appear when, starting from my thighs. going toward my back and when my arm is about 170 degrees til 260 degrees. that's when it hurts. Think of it like this: when i throw my baseball. when i'm getting ready to go downwards and right before my releasing point. that's where my pain appears. I do not have any health insurance so i don't really wanna go see a doctor. Are there any exercises i can do to get rid of this pain? i try and do my arm band every day. but it doesn't seem to help =/
I recommend you try EFT. I have had great success with a few clients with ROM trouble and shoulder pain. It is really simple to learn, free and it works. There are even videos on www.youtube.com that teach it.
