Ideas For Softball Fundraiser?

My daughter is joining a new 10 & under travel softball team. We are trying to come with ideas for fundraisers. I have thought about pizza cards, knickerbock pictures, etc. However, I am unable to find any information for these. Can you help and tell me how to get these started? Please also include in any fundraiser ideas you may have.

i used to play softball for a league and we had a couple of fundraisers. some of the different ones that seemed to be very sucessful were;

1.softball skill and practice clinics
2.sell food; use a portable grill and have the team members sign up to make items such as baked goods and you could cook hot dogs on the grill and sell the foods at the games
3.ask for donations
*the door to door food cards are also good ideas

to get started with these things you could ask the parents on the team if they have a preference for the fundraiser and if its a bake sale or hot dog type of event ask them to sign up to bring items.
also ask the members and parents to help out and if its door to door ask them to sell in their neighborhoods for example or to sell a certain amount
to get the food cards you might be able to get donations or a good deal with local businesses. try talking to the manager about it and pitch the idea in a friendly way. if they will give you a good deal try buying "one small pizza" tickets for example for a cheap price and then sell them for a couple extra dollars. if you need cash to purchase the tickets ask the team members to pitch in a couple bucks
then if you sell door to door or at the games or even hold a clinic have donation boxes by the table, at the door, or with the team members that are selling
donations are always an excellent idea
you could even just go door to door and ask for simple donations
